New issue raised by customer today who is using a team managed project with restricted issue types that are only accessible to custom roles. e.g. The issue type “BUG” is restricted to the team created role “Bug Access Role”.
Our connect app, however cannot access these issues in this restricted role. In a company managed project, we would typically advise the customer to grant access to the atlassian-addons-project-access role, but that role does not seem to show in any of the team management role/access screens. e.g. the “Bug Access Role” can only be added to “real” users.
Are we missing something obvious? Or are team managed projects with issue restrictions just not supposed to work with apps?
