Hi, I have a Connect App that registers a bunch of webhooks defined in the descriptor file, but I am seeing that new installs of the App are not sending out these webhooks.
I don’t really know how to troubleshoot this since the descriptor webhooks are not really shown anywhere in the UI (as far as I know), so I don’t know where to look to find the problem.
Anyone know what could be wrong?

does your app have READ scope granted? Is the webhook registered to a relative url?

The App has the scopes ADMIN and ACT_AS_USER.
Is has a static baseUrl and the descriptor has not been updated since 2021.
It’s a bit difficult to help then without knowing some details.
I recommend creating a support ticket where you include the full descriptor of your app and affected sitenames.
Feel free to ping me inside that ticket, I will try to take a look at our logs.
