Connect JavaScript API features call not working

Hello,

On JIRA issue screen I’m using my atlassian-connect app. I’m using few JIRA Connect API features like ‘AP.context.getToken’ & ‘AP.user.getCurrentUser’. It was working fine before, suddenly these two features stopped working. Not sure why. When I looked at browser console I saw following two errors:

GET https://rommana.atlassian.net/rest/api/latest/user/properties/jira.user.issue.has.seen.welcome.modal?accountId=5f65b352aba96600714192d4
[HTTP/2 404 Not Found 324ms]

GET https://rommana.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/project/PJ2/properties/isDevopsProject
[HTTP/2 404 Not Found 327ms]

Are these errors causing connect JavaScript API features call not working?

I don’t know and I’m not sure who can help. Based on your report (“it used to work, now it doesn’t”), it could be an incident so I recommend using our new (as of today!), combined helpdesk:
