"Contact Atlassian support" error message while loading app content on page/dashboard item modules

Hi everyone,

One of our clients reported an issue that both our apps stopped working in the Jira Cloud instance.

When they try to open an app’s page or dashboard item it fails to load with the following console error

Uncaught TypeError: cannot read properties of null (reading ‘top’)

and UI popup message “Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian support”.

We cannot reproduce this issue in our Jira Cloud instances.

Did anybody have a similar problem?
