We recently faced issues in our production instance of our app and a lot of operations where queued, we think that the rate-limit was reached and the application was waiting for the reply to our calls to Jira REST API. We are not sure of this, so we would like to know if someone from Atlassian can check.

Hi @NielAmarAFlores – I recommend submitting a ticket to Developer Support if you need Atlassian to investigate something for you.
That said, if your app was rate-limited, then it should have received HTTP 429 Too Many Requests responses from the Jira REST API. There should also be some info in the HTTP response headers. If you’re already monitoring those things, and you haven’t seen evidence of rate limiting, then there might be a different problem.
