I discovered AUI and it is just awesome and so complete (only grid is missing) but installing each component separately is not easy, making package.json really messy, no to mention later updates…
As it is mono-repo, nicely managed, could core team set up to publish group packages to make developer experience better?

Do you mean Atlaskit (http://atlaskit.atlassian.com) instead of AUI (http://aui.atlassian.com)?
I’m not part of the Atlaskit team so my answer may not be correct.
I believe that individual NPM packages is a deliberate choice on their part, and I’m not aware of them having plans to offer a single package with “all the things” in it.
