I have a requirement to create a issue in JIRA as part of oracle Concurrent program which was writen in PLSQL. Please let me know any one has worked on this kind of request ?
Jira’s database is not designed to be written by other applications or scripts. If you want to learn how to make webcalls to the Jira REST API from PLSQL that’s a capability, but I doubt you’re going to find anyone here that’s done that.
