We have a dropdown field that I want to use in a Issue Field Condition in Jira Automation in Jira Cloud.
BUT I cannot get the field as it is populated by our custom connect app add on.
I am using the JQL workaround to check if something like: ‘“Field Name” not in (“A”, “B”, “C”)’ which validates BUT it does not seem to work correctly.
I see this but I not sure if there is a ticket I can watch and upvote.
PLease advise if there is any plan to bring this field into the Issue Field Condition list soon?
