i tried to check the installation of my app in the developer console and i faced the following page.
This is not the first time which this happens. I check it also from incognito mode (cookies etc.), but i face the same.
Any news about this?

Well, no idea whats going on 
When this happens, open up you developer console, find the graphql request, look at the headers and save the trace id. We can use that to work out what went wrong for you
@ChristosMoysiadis and @rmassaioli facing the same issue. Were you able to resolve this? I have the trace id if that can help.
