I’ve been facing an issue when trying to access my Developer Dashboard to share apps, I wanted to see if it’s a larger issue, specific to my account, or if there are any known fixes.
The dashboard loaded for me, and we don’t have any incidents or similar with this. Can you try on a different browser or a different machine? If you’re on a VPN or corporate network try off that and on an open connection. It’s likely something environmental.
Try logging out of Atlassian completely and log in again.
Finally, have a look in Developer Tools to see if there are any network errors there, look for HTTP 4xx errors or non HTTP 2xx responses.
If it still fails, log a ticket with us through our Support Desk.
Hey James, thanks for checking in! I did end up entering a support case and support was able to resolve the issue for me.
They had to wiggle some wires on the backend to get my account back in good standing, something related to my Atlassian account’s permissions on the dashboard.
