Parent issues like Stories, Bugs, Spikes, etc., have a single person assigned. Parent issues can have multiple sub-tasks assigned to different people contributing to the solution. On the Scrums board, it appears that the time estimation of subtasks bubbles up to the parent issue and is then presented as the time needed by the assignee of the parent issue, though the time should be shown for each individual. I understand this seems to be a double booking of the estimated time, primarily if some sub-tasks are assigned to the parent issue assignee.
Is there a configuration I am missing, or is this a possible flaw in the time calculation per assignee?
