Do we have any APIs that helps us in fetching all the Pull requests that belong to certain user within certain dates ?

Basically I am trying to build a reporting tool using the data that we get from Bitbucket

There aren’t any public and supported APIs for fetching pull requests for a Jira issue in the development panel.
