I am considering publishing a paid app on the Atlassian Marketplace and would like to clarify the eligibility requirements for individual developers.

Could you please confirm whether an individual developer without a registered company is eligible to publish and sell paid apps on the Atlassian Marketplace?
If this is supported, could you outline any specific requirements or documentation needed for individual publishers under the current due diligence process?
