regarding the app migration transfer cancellation documents, I’m wondering whether the JCMA/CCMA executes any rollback actions itself, when all migrated apps have settled the transfer?

No, JCMA/CCMA don’t perform any rollbacks, and migrations of different apps are isolated from each other.
However, when a transfer cancellation is requested, we inform marketplace partners (the apps) about the customer’s intent. And based on their own domain, they may or may not decide to rollback operations performed over their own app data.
