Effect on Deprecation of JQL search and Evaluate expression endpoints on Jira Data Center

Question:
I noticed in CHANGE-2046 that the JQL search and evaluate expression endpoints are being removed in Jira Cloud.
Will this deprecation also affect Jira Data Center in any way, and if so, is there a timeline for the same?
