I am having trouble with updating a plugin for Confluence for the project im working on.
We need to upgrade to Confluence version 8.7.1 from version 7.16.5 in the project.
We have some self-developed plugins that are required and i´m in the process of upgrading.
For one of the plugins, we need to include the sal-confluence-plugin-2.0.17 library.
The entry in the pom file:

</dependency>
Without it this entry confluence can´t find the Class:
com.atlassian.sal.confluence.pluginsettings.ConfluencePluginSettingsFactory
However, when we try to install the plugin, we get the following error (redacted critical information):
