Error in Order By Rank with Next-Gen project

Our client gets error “{“errorMessages”:[“Das Sortieren mithilfe von Feld ‘rank’ ist nicht möglich.”],“warningMessages”:}” and Response: 400 → Which means - sorting by rank is not possible”.

Where, in our add-on we fetch the issues based on rank. Specific user has reported this issue. But, it works fine with other users. Why this error occurs? How to get rid of it.

I’ve got a customer with exactly the same error. Did you figure it out?

Hi it turned out, that you can’t relay on that name, which make sense as it is a custom filed like all others. You should use clauseName from /field endpoint. Our client got Deutsch version of Rank = Rang
