Error in the app after updating a deprecated Jira Web Panel module

Hello,
We have recently updated Jira web panel according to this announcement. You can check the fixes for atlassian-connect.json in the screenshot below.

The thing is that after rolling out these updates we found out that for some instances we can’t access Jira issue and get an error (REST calls with the errors are also in the screenshot below).

We though that it could be connected to the updates and we overlooked something. So we decided to roll back to the previous version with the deprecated Jira web panel. However, while the issue disappeared on our stage, we didn’t see the updates on the prod. Some customers still have this issue.
We assumed that somehow these changes weren’t rolled back for customers. We decided to ask them to provide their descriptor version, but they don’t see this link in the app’s administration (the screenshot is provided), while we can see it internally on our test instances.

We assume that somehow a client still has a version with the updated deprecated element.
Our questions are:

  1. The main one. What can be a reason for the error that prevents accessing Jira Cloud issues for some account connected to the updated element?
  2. How can we check the descriptor version for a client if they don’t see it? Is there another way to do it?
  3. Is there a way to check the descriptor version on other instances of our clients?

We would be really grateful for assisting in resolving this issue since we can’t figure out it ourselves…
