Hello Guys,
I have configured a crowd directory on JIRA that read from Azure AD and adds users and groups in JIRA.
This directory is working perfectly, however, in logs of crowd and JIRA, I’m getting the following error appearing hundreds of times:
ERROR [crowd.manager.application.ApplicationServiceGeneric] Directory 'Azure Clients AD (655361)' is not functional during authentication of 'Username for 'https'. Skipped.
What do you think is missing from my side causing that?
