Error: request to https://api.atlassian.com/graphql failed, reason: connect ETIMEDOUT 18.184.99.131:443

Hi all,

I am regularly getting the error in the title when executing forge deploy. Is this a network issue on my side or on the Atlassian side?

KR,
Wouter

What happens when you visit GraphQL Gateway in your web browser? If you can’t see that page then it’s probably an issue with your network. If not, we may have to look into it further.

Hi @rmassaioli,

For me when i visit GraphQl Gateway in my browser its working but when i deploy my app its throwing the below error is this network issue on my side or Atlassain ? and Please suggest a solution for me.

Error: request to https://api.atlassian.com/graphql failed, reason: connect ETIMEDOUT 13.200.41.145:443

I’m pretty sure that it’s a networking issue on your side. Are you behind a corporate firewall and it’s there a way for you to test outside of it? Maybe tethered to your mobile or with a different computer on a different network?

Yes, I am behind the corporate firewall, And i have tested it outside of it by connecting via mobile network using VPN, Then its working. But when i use company network its not working.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi @rmassaioli ,

Yes, I have same issue and have tested outside company network but It works fine. We are using Zscaler with company or outside network. It is very strange issue as it dose not work with company network.

I showed this issue to network team but they don’t have any clue on it. Could you give me any suggestion or solution for this problem, so I will communicate same with network team.

Any possible solution for this problem?

Also suffering from this issue… any solutions?

Now I am getting a new error
