Failed to execute goal com.atlassian.maven.plugins:amps-dispatcher-maven-plugin:8.0.2

I am trying to install my plugin on to jira service desk and i am getting the above errors I have verified the java path and sdk path as well as the pom file for “jira-maven-plugin” dependency but it still shows the error.

I have included the pom file for reference:
