Fix the "Remembering Rosie" link in the Design Guide

Hello,
I’m new to the Atlassian ecosystem. I noticed that the “Remembering Rosie” link in the design guide for colors is broken:

It points to Atlassian’s extranet, which is probably an internal Confluence instance (according to an old post I found that said, “‘extranet’ is Atlassian’s internal Confluence instance; there’s no access to non-employees, sorry” )
