My forge app works well in development environment but doesn’t in production environment.
I generated installation link and install on my atlassian site, but the result is not expected one.
Are there any things I should do for distributing my app to other users?

How different is the app working in dev environment vs prod environment ? Can you share some details so that we can debug the issue ?

I want to send a message and a GIF file which tell the issue was transitioned to done status.
In dev environment I can send both of them but in prod environment I can only send a message.
Maybe the reason is that the GIF file is located in local but I don’t know how to solve.
