Forge App installation count is not updated correctly after installing to new instance

Hello team,

i dont know if its only me encountering this issue, but i noticed that my developer console installation counter was not increasing, after i installed my app in an instance.

Hey @ChristosMoysiadis. Just letting you know that we’re working on this. It doesn’t seem to be a problem with either Forge CLI or Dev Console so w’re chasing up the problem in our backend. We’ll be back with an answer tomorrow.
