Deprecated Scope Warning

We have attempted to roll out new, more granular scopes for the Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud REST APIs. Unfortunately, we have encountered issues during the roll out and had to stop the deployment. You will note a warning message telling you that your scopes are deprecated and that new scopes are available. Please ignore the message for the time being.
