I have just issued ECOHELP-11912 - Developer console does not work at all. Either it loads endlessly or not showing any apps.
Could it be Atlassian new rate limits rate limited their own console?

The commands forge deploy and forge tunnel also fail with status 500 internal server error. I presume this is related to the same incident
