Forge customfield in Service requests

Hello everybody,

when or how can we use Forge customfields in the customer portal in Service Requests?

Currently when we add the fields, they are always shown as hidden and we can not change this.

As you have noted, currently it is not possible to use Forge custom fields (or custom field types) in the JSM customer portal. I asked the relevant team the other day about future plans to support it. While it is planned there are no further details or dates to share at this stage.

Hi Benjamin,

we had to implement this ourselves. Thanks to [FRGE-189] - Ecosystem Jira it is possible to use JSM Forge modules for customers (not only Jira users) in service requests.

With Awesome custom fields for JSM | Atlassian Marketplace were able to provide our custom fields in the request form and the request view.
