We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out once again regarding the Forge App error where the UI modification does not initialize in the Issue View, resulting in an IndexedDB timed out
error.
While we previously found a temporary solution by uninstalling and reinstalling the Forge app, we are now seeking a more permanent fix that doesn’t require such steps every time the error occurs.
The Issue:
To reiterate, the error message displayed in the Google Chrome console is as follows:
Uncaught Error while sending bridge message: Window did not load after 5000ms
