We’re excited to share that you can now use Forge to build apps for Jira Service Management.
REST APIs for Jira Service Management are now compatible with Forge, as well as 8 UI extension points: queuePage , portalRequestDetail , portalRequestDetailPanel , organizationPanel , portalHeader , portalFooter , portalSubheader , and portalProfile .
These updates represent the first phase of Forge support for Jira Service Management, with more to come. In a later release, we plan to add several more UI extension extension points and the ability for anonymous users (users not logged in with an Atlassian ID) to initiate requests through the service portal.

We know the ability to build for Jira Service Management has been highly requested by Forge users, and this work fits with our larger strategy of enabling Forge across Atlassian products.
