Forge macro in confluence, what are the rights required?

I created a forge macro for a customer who published it on their portal in a Confluence KB article. It generates a link to chat with their Service Desk and creates a JSM assets record that stores information about the user and allows the tech to later pull in the chat history for that chat session.
It seems that in their employee base, some people are getting the message “error loading the extension.” The one person who actually reported this error to the help desk has ‘access’ to neither ‘Confluence’ or ‘Confluence (guest)’. I can tell who has accessed the macro from the JSM assets records created and I checked the last 20 or so people who accessed it and they all that Access to ‘Confluence’. They are JSM users, so anyone with JSM - Customer should have access to confluence, and they do, as they can see the article, but it appears they may not have access to the confluence macro. I don’t see any errors in my logging, but since the macro never loads, that makes sense. For Confluence macros created in Forge, do users need Confluence or Confluence (guest) access even in JSM confluence? Screen shot of user who reported issue attached.

Unfortunately, Forge apps in Confluence (like macros) currently only work for licensed Confluence users. We have work to do to make them accessible to JSM users who can access the pages through a KB.
