Forge object store cannot yet be used in production

Forge Object store is supposedly in preview. However, when we attempt a product upgrade, we get the following error:

Forge Object Store cannot be used in non development environment

Does anyone know what steps are required to actually use Object store in production? There is nothing in any docs. In the meantime we have raised a ticket with Atlassian, since the version we released with Object store is completely broken…

That should not be the case, let me raise with the owning team.

@Benny We got an answer from the team in the support ticket.

Its because one of the devs in the team enrolled our real app ids in the EAP. The EAP flag has to be removed from the app before it will work in production
