Forge tunnel fails with can't pull docker image

Have you double checked you have docker installed and running?

Yes, we have verified this on the following systems and the docker daemon is running on both machines.

After using forge install command, I can able to see the User Interface, but, it’s not updating the changes in my app.js file.
