I don’t understand why my forge tunnel takes too long to stop (after Ctrl + C). Sometimes it takes up to 30 mins.
And should I press one more Ctrl + C to force it to stop immediately?

Pressing Ctrl+C a second time to forcefully stop the tunnel should be fine. We’ll investigate deeper on our side to see if we can track down why it might be taking so long to stop.
