If you try to test the Confluence PDF export with a Forge Macro, ensure you are not running in the forge tunnel. Otherwise you get a plain Not found entry for your macro. At least for custom UI Macros 
It would be great if the PDF export would work with forge tunnel, but that is probably not something easily fixed, as with the tunnel the iframe directly points to localhost.
Otherwise, still Kudos to the improved PDF export.
