Hello everybody!
We’re glad to announce that the following service requests have been deprecated and merged into Developer and Marketplace support [ECOHELP]:
- Cloud Fortified Apps Program (ERCLOUD)
- Data Center app technical review (DCHELP)
- Cloud, Server and Data Center app submission approval (AMKTHELP)
Where you’ll find these requests
Start using the Developer and Marketplace support to:
- Apply for the Cloud Fortified Apps Program
- Go to Security programs > Apply for the Cloud Fortified Apps Program
- Submit the technical/annual review for your Data Center app
- Go to App listing > Submit the technical review for your Data Center app
For technical or annual Data Center reviews, instead of five unique request types, there’ll also be a single ticket for:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Bitbucket
- Crowd
- and Bamboo
All new Cloud, Server and Data Center app submission approval tickets will be created in the ECOHELP project instead of AMKTHELP.
Ask a general question
We’ve also created a new request type.
You can visit Developer and Marketplace support to ask us general questions about:
- Atlassian Marketplace
- Cloud Fortified
Post launch
The ERCLOUD
and DCHELP
service desks will:
- No longer accept new tickets
- Allow read-only access to your tickets from legacy projects
If you’re unable to access the ECOHELP ticket links mentioned in the corresponding
ERCLOUD
orDCHELP
tickets, please check the customer portal link instead: Jira Service Management
*Stay updated with our plans to Improve Developer & Marketplace Support 3 on the Partner Portal. Apply for access if you meet the eligibility requirements – one paid-via-Atlassian app and a private domain.
As part of the broader efforts to consolidate the communication channel, all updates to Developer and Marketplace Support moving forward will be posted in the changelog, which has an RSS feed to which you can subscribe.
