Get project screens via REST API

Currently there is no way to get via REST API screens that a project makes use of.

This is why I have created a ticket [ACJIRA-1243] - Ecosystem Jira asking for such a functionality.

If anyone needs similar solution, please vote for ACJIRA-1243.
