Getting 400 error when trying to install private app "upm.pluginInstall.error.invalid.uri.syntax"

I am trying to install a private app in Jira to test my app locally but I am getting the following error when using https://jira-forecast.ngrok.io/atlassian-connect-local.json as the descriptor URL:

I am getting this error message in a 400 response from Jira: {“subCode”:“upm.pluginInstall.error.invalid.uri.syntax”}

I have used this URL many times before so I am not sure why it suddenly stopped working.

Anyone know what might be wrong?

It started working again now. Must have been a temporary problem on Atlassian’s side.
