Getting this error (and others) randomly

A little bit ago, I started getting errors when deploying a forge app to development. Sometimes it works, but 3 times out of 4 I get an error like:
Error: The underlying service call failed. The underlying service cs_apps status code is : 401 (requestId: e383b289207e40f9a12c2a57cccf3b2a)
or
Error: Server error: undefined, requestId=e2d81eb9c9c34cc989c428e7bd8252b6

Anyone else seeing this?

I also was receiving this error for a little bit, but it seems to be behaving now.
