I have been fighting with Microsoft for a while so I thought I would ask the awesome community. I do still have a ticket open with them.
We have Confluence Data Center On-Prem and have followed the directions to get the Microsoft Copilot Connector set up so Copilot can search Confluence.
I get the connector to crawl two full times and then it stops. There are errors in the Agent logs when it stops but then the logs show that everything is working fine. But the Connector on the Admin.Microsoft.com shows it hasn’t synced since the time it had errors. There are no errors in the Connector, it shows Ready, but it just doesn’t sync.
Restarted the GCAhostagent service and the entire server, but it still doesn’t sync.
Has anyone had issues with the Copilot connector for Confluence On-Prem? There are so many videos and tutorials about Cloud, but very few for On-Prem.
