I’ve noticed that the installation count for our app in the Atlassian Marketplace has recently changed significantly. Previously, the Marketplace listing showed 40+ installs, but it now displays 22 installs.
Has anyone else observed similar changes in installation count reporting?
If so, do you have any insight into whether Atlassian has recently updated how Marketplace installations are calculated or displayed (for example, changes in counting method, inclusion/exclusion criteria, aggregated vs unique accounts, etc.)?
Any insight or experience on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it affects many partners and apps. Ecohelp Tickets have been filed and AFAICT, Atlassian is working on it with priority.
It seems that the issue has been resolved, and the quantity has recovered somewhat.
The install counts are different, but still not correct. In our case, it was 13294 on Friday, 94 yesterday and 2711 today. On another app, the install count today decreased compared to yesterday.

I’ve read this page: Atlassian Developer Status - Inaccurate install counts for some Marketplace apps on Marketplace and Atlassian is telling that they have released an update on the Marketplace overnight. Today when I checked the Marketplace I saw that some of our apps have dropped overnight with more then 200 uninstalls. I saw that some other apps also dropped extremely overnight. Does anyone now more about this? I guess that it’s still an issue from Atlassian? Or is it something new that they’ve changed?

The active install count of our apps has been restored to its pre-issue level.
The count for our apps is still 25% lower as before… very strange
