Hide a request on JSM Portal but accessible from direct link

Hello,
Need help please,
Is it possible to hide a customer form so that it is not visible via the portal, but with a direct link it can be accessed and requests created?

I’d like it to be accessible only if customers have the link.
Tryed with removing groups and it is hidden but with the direct link it shows the error this request doesn’t exist.
Can you help me to achieve this goal please?
