How can I access the current screen ID for an issue in Jira Cloud?

Hi,

I am working on an add-on that needs to collect all of the fields that are currently visible while the user is looking at the issue’s details page (but no other fields should be included).

I know that I can access a screen’s fields via the /rest/api/2/screens endpoint but how can do I get to know which screen ID should I use for that specific issue?
