How can I edit the Atlassian-Connect App's 'bot' profile image, banner, etc?

I have two Atlassian-Connect apps for Jira and Confluence respectively. When the app leaves notifications for the user or post comments to a Confluence page, they have a generic profile that I would like to change with my company’s branding.

Is this possible?

You are right, that site is not used anymore.

This is the new one: Jira Service Management

I can confirm that it’s still possible to update the profile image and name by raising a request there.

I’ll update the other post as well so thank you for pointing that out.
