How could you create a Newsletter using Confluence?

Hello,

I am trying to think of a way of sending a Newsletter using Confluence, I see there are not add-ons in the marketplace so I was not sure about if it is even possible.
the challenges would be knowing to whom the information has to be sent, and, finding a way to automate the information that has to be sent each month. ( I though about sheduled labesl with a page with macros)

Any ideas?
