How does the cloud app price change email look?

Hello!

There is a cloud application.
For some tiers, I want to lower the price.

  1. Will users whose price hasn’t changed receive a notification?
  2. What will the email/notification look like for the users?

users do not receive any notification from Atlassian if the pricing plan is changed.
