How to add custom macro option within Confluence editor's 'Insert' menu Just after "Files and Image" Macro

Hi Team ,

We have developed a custom macro . We want to place it in the editor insert menu just after “Files and Image” macro . I tried to place it using web-item as mentioned below , but it is placing my macro at 9th position from top . I have tried multiple values of weight parameter but still it is not working. Could you please help to let me know how can i place it at 2nd position from top as mentioned in the attached image snapshot ?

Hi Arun ,

We tried but not able to add our custom macro above the “symbol” macro position in the menu. Actually No matter what value of “weight” are you passing in xml file , it always places the custom macro below the “symbol” macro.

Are you aware of any documentation or process that helps in adding the custom macro to every page by default like a button?
