How to add workflow and issue in my project template info?

I am creating my custom project template plugin in Jira. As JIRA core plugin displays workflow and issues on template info page. I want to display my template project workflow and issue on template info page. I have gone through the tutorial but it has only following details. It would be grateful if somebody helps me here.
