We are working on JIRA forms/ request types integrations and trying to maps JIRA input fields types to our internal system. According to the doc JIRA Service Management 4.20.1
I didn’t see com.atlassian.servicedesk:sd-request-participants field type but we got lots of our customers request types including this field type. We are trying to simulate this in our own JIRA service desk. But how can we create this customer facing field in request type ?
