How to find the list of user installed plugins for which the update / Upgrade available using rest api?

I have a requirement to alert us via email on any user installed plugin has update available.

I tried the rest api : something like this

/confluence/rest/plugins/1.0/com.atlassian.troubleshooting.plugin-confluence-key/summary

but this is not giving the details of any upgrades available in it. Here in this case , I m seeing “UPDATE AVAILABLE” for this plugin. But the plugins summary / plugin info through rest api is not showing this option.

I think the easiest way is to watch the apps on the Atlassian Marketplace.
