In JIRA, if some module has some components , the item “Component” will show up on the sidebar of the page.
How to hidden the “Component” item?

Can you please tell me the version of Jira that you are running?
And can I also ask why you want to remove the Component menu?
Making these kind of changes will break your ability to update to a newer version of Jira (or you’ll need to make all the changes you did to hide this menu again).
